Use The Activate Visualization Suite to create and review a complete chain of custody of each piece of evidence

• Provide the mechanism to implement a consistent check in and check out process into your organization.
• Limit access rights based on the needs of your organization. Rights can be created by group, individual for cases or subsets of evidence.
• Set expectations for returning evidence by being able to monitor users who either do not return or keep evidence for extended periods of time.
• Create rules and reports to notify administrators when users do not return evidence in a timely manner.
